How to File For a Return or Exchange?

To return or exchange a product, please email us your order number with the product name, original proof of purchase receipt, and the issue at info@zohanmart.com. Our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively, you can call us at +92 306 4422166 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time). Your purchase should be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns of any order are entertained only if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the original proof of purchase receipt sent to you via email at the time of purchase. To return any item, please follow the steps below:

  • Gather your items and take a picture as proof to share with our customer care team.
  • Locate your receipt that was emailed to you with the original order number.
  • Initiate a return request on the Zohan Mart website by providing your order details, name, email address, phone number, reason for return, and supporting proof such as pictures or videos.
  • Our customer care team will review your request and contact you if it qualifies for return.
  • If approved, reship the product back to us through any courier service as guided by our team.
  • After reviewing your complaint, we may offer an exchange or store credit of equal or lesser value.
  • Refunds apply only to the article price and exclude shipping or handling costs.
  • If your claim is rejected, you’ll be notified within 5 business days.

Note:

We are only responsible for returns once they reach our warehouse. Returns are accepted only via courier services.

All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit. If a product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, Zohan Mart will follow the policy of repair, replacement, or store credit if repair or replacement is not possible.

Refund Timeline: 14 to 45 days after return approval.

Eligibility Criteria for a Return

  • The item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
  • Incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product received is incomplete.

Non-Eligibility Criteria for a Return

  • Change of mind, no longer needed, or any non-technical reason.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
  • Discounted or specially offered items are non-returnable.
  • Returns reported after 48 hours of delivery are not accepted.
  • If the product is damaged, altered, or care instructions are violated, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Important Note

At Zohan Mart, we strive to ensure the best customer satisfaction. While we do not offer general returns, we provide conditional exchanges for valid quality-related issues reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Items ordered on sale or washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way are not eligible for exchange. Zohan Mart is not responsible for color fading, print damage, or fabric issues caused by washing or ironing.
