How to File for a Refund?

To apply for a refund, please email us your order number with the product name, proof of payment, and a brief explanation of your issue at info@zohanmart.com. Our customer care team will get in touch with you shortly. You can also reach us at +92 306 4422166 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).

To process your refund request, your purchase should be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Steps to Apply for a Refund

  • Contact our customer care via WhatsApp, email, or at info@zohanmart.pk.
  • Provide your order number, proof of payment, and the original receipt sent to your email.
  • Submit your refund request with clear details and supporting evidence (photos/videos).

Eligibility Criteria for a Refund

Zohan Mart accepts refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Delayed Order: If your order hasn’t been delivered within the committed time frame of 14 working days.
  • Out of Stock: If the product is discontinued or no longer available.
  • Approved Return: If your return request has been approved and received at our warehouse.
  • Exchange Adjustment: If an exchange results in a pending refund balance.
  • Payment Issue: If you were mistakenly charged twice or faced a billing error.

Non-Eligibility Criteria for a Refund

  • Refunds not reported within 48 hours of order receipt.
  • Items damaged, worn, washed, or altered by the customer.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or discounted products.
  • “Change of mind” or “no longer needed” reasons.
  • Products returned without proof of claim or tampered packaging.
  • Orders placed before a sale and requested for price adjustment afterward.
  • Refunds for advance bridal or couture orders once production begins.

Refund Disclaimers

Zohan Mart provides refunds either as a cash return or store credit for future purchases. Once a store credit is issued, it cannot be reversed or exchanged for cash.

Refunds are always issued in the same payment method and currency used during the purchase.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are processed within 14 to 45 business days after approval, depending on the payment method and verification process.

Important Notes

  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery are not eligible for refund or return.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for customized, made-to-order, or sale items.
  • Zohan Mart is not responsible for issues caused by washing, bleaching, or misuse of the product.
  • Refunds are not processed while a chargeback or payment dispute is active.
  • All refunds will be handled in accordance with ZohanMart.com refund policies.
